Australian cricketer and former Sunrisers Hyderabad captain David Warner has long been a fan favorite in the Telugu states.Over the years, Warner has captivated fans with his social media tributes to Telugu cinema, and now, the long-standing wish of his Indian supporters is finally coming true.

When asked for updates on Robinhood, the producer revealed that David Warner had made a special appearance in the film, much to the delight of fans and movie enthusiasts. He expressed his happiness about introducing Warner to Indian cinema with Robinhood, before apologising to director Venky Kudumula for disclosing the information without prior consent.

David Warner’s Telugu debut

Australian cricketer David Warner is all set to make his Telugu acting debut with the highly anticipated movie Robinhood. The film, directed by Venky Kudumula, stars actor Nithiin in the lead role. The exciting news was confirmed by producer Ravi Shankar during the promotional event for Kingston in Hyderabad.

Reports suggest that Warner was offered a whopping Rs 1 crore per day of shooting for his role. With Tollywood welcoming him to the silver screen, fans are eagerly anticipating what the cricketer-turned-actor has in store.

Robin Hood is gearing up for a grand theatrical release on March 28. The film stars Nithiin plays the role of a thief named Honey Singh, who steals from the rich to give to the poor and Sreeleela in lead roles and is directed by Venky Kudumula, promising a fun-filled entertainer for the audience. With Warner’s entry, the buzz surrounding the film has reached new heights.The film also features Shine Tom Chacko, Vennela Kishore, and Rajendra Prasad.
