Tamil star Sivakarthikeyan’s first look from his upcoming film with filmmaker AR Murugadoss was released on his on his birthday, February 17. It marks Sivakarthikeyan’s 26th film. Tentatively titled SK x ARM, the film has now been named Madharasi. The Hindi version of the film has been titled Dil Madharasi.

The 44-second teaser of Madarsi gives a glimpse into the world of chaos, where we can see a faceoff between Sivakarthikeyan and Vidyut Jammwal, who is playing the antagonist in the film. Biju Menon and Rukmini Vasanthan are also seen in a glimpse. Vidyut Jammwal and shabeer kallarakkal play some sort of gangsters, Biju Menon and Vikranth are part of a police force.
AR Murugadoss shared the announcement teaser on X and wished the actor on his birthday. “Happy Birthday dearest @Siva_Kartikeyan. The ground is set for the MASSIVE ACTION. Let the HAVOC begin (sic)”, read the caption.
Announcing the film’s title on his social media and releasing a poster of his look from the film, apart from the glimpse, Sivakarthikeyan wrote, “Excited to present the title glimpse of our high-octane action entertainer, #Madharasi, with our favourite @a.r.murugadoss sir and my dear @anirudhofficial.

Cast: Alongside Sivakarthikeyan and Biju Menon, the film boasts an impressive cast, including Rukmini Vasanth, Vidyut Jammwal, Shabeer Kallarakkal, and Vikranth.
Crew: The movie is production of Sri Lakshmi Movies, with cinematography handled by Sudeep Elamon and music composed by Anirudh Ravichander ,
promising an electrifying soundtrack that will complement its high-energy action sequences. The editing is in the capable hands of Sreekar Prasad, known for his association with legendary filmmaker Mani Ratnam.
