Murshidabad Headmaster attacked by assistant teacher:
The headmaster of Farakka High School in Murshidabad was severely beaten!
Murshidabad:
On Friday, two or three teachers got into an argument with the principal over the academic council routine at New Farakka High School. The principal was allegedly beaten up during the argument. Monirul Islam suffered a broken leg due to the beating. The injured teacher is currently admitted to the emergency department of Malda Medical College Hospital. On Saturday, Monirul Islam’s family filed a written complaint with the Farakka police station regarding the matter.
The FIR names Tarif Hossain, a member of the West Bengal Trinamool Primary Teachers’ Association’s state committee, and several other fellow teachers.
However, Tarif Hossain has denied the allegations. The accused fellow teachers counter-alleged that the principal is making such statements to suppress allegations of multiple irregularities in the educational institution against the principal.
So who broke the headmaster’s leg? The accused fellow teachers did not provide an answer.
